1. Free Trials
If PlantBetter offers a free trial, the purchase screen will show its duration, the subscription price, and the billing period before you confirm. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription and Apple will charge your Apple Account.
Manage or cancel your trial through your Apple Account subscription settings. If you purchase a subscription during a free trial, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited where applicable under Apple’s purchase terms.
2. Subscription Billing and Renewal
The price, subscription period, included features, and any introductory offer are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends if one applies.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends, at the renewal price shown for your subscription. Apple’s applicable billing terms also apply.
You can review your charges in your App Store purchase history.
3. Cancellation
To cancel on an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select PlantBetter, and choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial. For other devices or additional help, follow Apple’s subscription cancellation instructions.
Deleting your PlantBetter account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel it separately through Apple.
After cancelling a paid subscription, access normally continues until the end of the billing period already paid for, and the subscription will not renew. If you cancel a free or discounted trial, access may end immediately under Apple’s rules. Cancelling does not automatically refund a charge already made; see the refund terms below.
4. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or provided under Apple’s policies, subscription payments are non-refundable and partial-period refunds are not provided automatically. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
Apple handles billing and refund decisions for App Store purchases. Some purchases may qualify for a refund. To submit a request, follow Apple’s refund request instructions. PlantBetter cannot approve or issue an App Store refund on Apple’s behalf.
5. Changes to Prices or Terms
We may change subscription prices or these Terms as permitted by law and Apple’s rules. Where required, you will receive advance notice and any required consent will be obtained before a price change applies. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
If you do not wish to continue at a new price or under revised terms, cancel your subscription through Apple before the applicable renewal. Changes do not override your statutory consumer rights.
6. Subscription Questions
For help with PlantBetter subscription access or app features, submit a request through our Support page. For charges, cancellation, purchase history, or refund requests, use the Apple support links above.
Your use of PlantBetter is also subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These Subscription Terms govern subscription-specific matters; Apple’s terms govern purchases and billing through the App Store.
